All TSA members are vetted both financially and technically to ensure a high quality service.</p> <p><b>Approved Lists:</b><br> Team Surveys have been afforded membership on the approval lists of several architectural and engineering companies. We are on The Environment Agency approved list for surveys and GPS processing, as well as companies such as South West Water, Cornwall County Council and Birse Rail.</p> <h2>Topographical Surveys</h2> <p>We carry out topographical surveys on a wide range of sites from a single plot to large scale industrial developments using the most up to date equipment including Leica Dual Frequency Real-Time GPS, Leica Robotic Total Stations, Trimble Robotic Total Stations, and Leica Reflectorless Total Stations. Our topographical surveys consist of drawings that can be produced showing as much or as little detail as the client requires, but a typical plan would be at 1:200 or 1:500 scale and would show all visible features and services identified where possible. Data for topographical surveys can be presented in a variety of formats and sizes. Digital plans can be supplied in various formats as well as hard copies. We ensure the highest possible quality of topographical surveys and operate a quality control system to achieve this.</p> <h2>Measured Building Surveys</h2> <p>We have dedicated surveyors for carrying our measured building surveys. Using the latest reflectorless technology, and only a single surveyor, we can undertake highly accurate measured building surveys. Projects can vary in size from single storey floor plans and shop refurbishments to large offices and industrial buildings. Our measured building surveys can be catered for all types of clients' requirements.</p> <h2>Railway Surveys, Land Surveys, General Surveys</h2> <p>Team Surveys have PTS qualified personnel to carry out railtrack infrastructure railway surveys.
